He has an extensive operational background that has led to a specialization in data governance, data management tools and practices, and business intelligence.  Jeb spent many years within the operations and distribution teams at Janus and four years ago moved into the investments group.  He has led numerous business and system implementations as well as several enterprise wide data efforts.

Alicia Barco has more than 20 years of IT experience, and is currently VP of Enterprise Data Management at Workers Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of CA, leads an IT organization that is responsible for data governance strategy, business intelligence, data warehouse, analytics, metadata management and heavily involved in enterprise architecture and various levels of IT governance.

Alicia’s leadership track record spans across management consulting, non-profit and for-profit companies. Most recently she’s led WCIRB’s multi-year IT transformation that built WCIRB’s enterprise data management organizational structure, developed data management strategy and execution roadmap, implemented a fully virtualized data warehouse and business intelligence architecture and installed an enterprise-wide data governance program. This strategy’s success has enabled business growth, improved customer offerings and capabilities, and empowered operational efficiencies by lowered costs, self-service features and time to market.

Alicia also possesses deep knowledge of workers compensation insurance business and technology strategies, and is currently leading WCIRB’s effort to expand its data analytics offerings to its external customers in CA.

Alicia holds a Master’s Degree in Medical Informatics from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Manila.

Tony Brownlee is a Kingland Systems partner, responsible for leading and setting the strategy for the company’s Data Solutions business, including Kingland’s Data Science and Research operation and data quality and master data management (MDM) products and services. Mr. Brownlee has been instrumental in the creation of the Data Solutions business and has managed numerous operational, product development, business development, and client relationships for the company. Additionally, Mr. Brownlee manages Kingland Systems strategic relationship with IBM for Information Management software and other corporate marketing and business development functions. Mr. Brownlee is recognized as a thought leader in the financial services industry and speaks regularly at industry events on MDM, data governance, data standards, entity and hierarchy data. Within the industry, Mr. Brownlee has served on various committees including the Securities Industry Financial Markets Association (SIFMA); the International Standards Organization (ISO); the Financial Stability Board (FSB) for the Legal Entity Identifier (LEI); and the Enterprise Data Management Council (EDMC). Prior to joining Kingland Systems, Mr. Brownlee worked in the financial services industry providing consulting services for a top ten global bank and an international agri-business company. Richard Cutinello

Cara Dailey is currently the Chief Data Officer for Bank of the West.  In this role she is building an enterprise data strategy to support risk and finance data integration, enterprise data governance, and data quality and controls.  Prior to this role she has spent the past several years working with business functions to transform processes into innovative solutions with foundational data.  In addition, is a subject matter expert in Risk and Regulatory activities including CCAR, Risk data aggregation, stress testing, and regulatory reporting strategies.  Prior to her role at Bank of The West she held various leadership roles at GE Capital in Technology, concentrating in data management, data quality, and business intelligence.
Mike Davis

Mike Davis is Associate Director, Enterprise Data Management for Russell Investments.  Fulfilling the role of Data Officer, Mike is responsible for the implementation and maturing of Russell’s data governance program.  Mike also has key responsibilities for various aspects of the data management program’s data acquisition, systems implementation, operations, data distribution, vendor management, and process improvement components.

Mike was responsible for implementing Russell’s U.S. fund performance calculation system in 2005, and beginning in 2007 expanded the system to encompass all of Russell’s global funds domiciled in Canada, EMEA, Australasia, and Japan, driving the development of Russell’s first single authoritative source of an enterprise data domain. Mike managed Russell's global fund performance system, ensuring consistent, accurate and timely delivery of investment product data to external fund marketing portals and internal subscribers.

In 2009, Mike took on an expanded role, working with key Russell leaders to found a comprehensive enterprise data management program.  Mike provided leadership in defining function strategy, the implementation of enterprise data management systems and tools, establishment of a centralized data management function, market data management, and development of enterprise data management principles and standards.

Prior to joining Russell in 2001 Mike was with SEI Investments, where he led a fund accounting team. Additional responsibilities included leadership of various process automation projects and a role managing the fund accounting department’s supervisor leadership team.

In his previous role at O-I, Karan managed a global team of over 20 employees and 24 contractors towards SAP finance delivery and sustainability and master data management of existing multiple finance systems including SAP and Non SAP Finance applications.

David recently joined Credit Dimensions (e.g. the data practice of the Xoriant Corporation, Edison, NJ) as Principal with the goal of expanding the firm’s capabilities focused exclusively on the data governance, data quality and data remediation challenges facing financial institutions today.
For the previous two years David served as the Chief Data Governance Officer at Bank of the West (a subsidiary of BNP Paribas) responsible for launching and building a successful Data Governance function and Data Quality program for the Bank in support of its successful first CCAR submission.   David was previously a Senior Program Manager at BNY Mellon responsible for leading the firm’s Enterprise Client Data Management Program,  a strategic initiative to build a firm-wide Client Reference Data Master utility.  Prior to BNYM, he was Global Head of Counterparty Data Operations at UBS Investment Bank and he spent the early part of his career at JPMorgan Chase (and predecessor firms) in a variety of leadership roles in Counterparty Data Management, Credit & Lending Administration, Syndicated Loan Operations and Credit Risk Technology.
David earned a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania/The Wharton School and completed an MBA at City University of New York.  He was also a member of the SIFMA-led Working Group that completed the Industry-wide Requirements for a Global Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) Solution.

Joe Hanssen, Managing Director and MUFG Union Bank Chief Data Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Americas Risk Management group, leads the Risk Operating Office team at MUFG Union Bank, N.A.  As a financial services executive, his background includes roles where he has developed an expertise in working with business leaders and enterprise-wide teams to develop consistent, end-to-end and sustainable solutions to solve complex problems. 

Through implementing a data management program, his team is navigating a complex and technically difficult operating environment to create a simple, actionable and understandable data management structure that produces meaningful results for shareholders, customer, and regulators.  In his role as Chief Operating Officer for Americas Risk Management, Mr. Hanssen has responsibility for a program office which manages significant change activities, governance and committees among other responsibilities.

Kristen Mologousis is a Senior Vice President and Global Procurement Manager for Enterprise Market Data at The Northern Trust Company headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.  In this role, she is responsible globally for the market data team and category, a high spend high touch area that includes items such as pricing data, reference data, financial subscriptions, client redistribution policies, exchange, compliance and audit.  As the Head of Enterprise Market Data in additional to global sourcing initiatives her team includes market data procurement operations functions for inventory management, entitlements of applications, invoice validation and processing as well as vendor management.

Prior to joining Northern Trust in March 2011, she served as Senior Vice President, Global Market Data Services from 2003-2011 at Penson Worldwide, a Dallas based clearing, execution and settlement firm.  In that role, she managed a Market Data and Financial Services portfolio for the firm globally, set policies and procedures, handled negotiations, participated in mergers and acquisitions, and developed strategic solutions and services that generated client business across the global organization.  In her role as head of Global Data Products, she was responsible for maintaining the integrity of all market data disseminated to the public as well as creating new data products to serve the industry’s information needs.

Kristen began her career in Financial Services at HyperFeed Technologies, a real-time information service provider focused on transaction technology, content providers, market data sources and news providers.  From 1991-2003, she held various positions including senior executive for business development with a variety of responsibilities including mergers and acquisitions, day to day operations quality, strategic positioning and partnering.   As a key member of the firm, Kristen sat on the executive committee for over five years.

David Newman is Strategic Planning Manager, Senior Vice President, Innovation Group at Wells Fargo Bank.  David also chairs the Semantic Technology program for the Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Council and leads the Council’s efforts to develop ontologies for the financial industry known as the Financial Industry Business Ontology (FIBO).  FIBO is a free and open source ontology that semantically describes business entities, derivatives, securities, loans, corporate actions and metadata.  FIBO is being developed as the next generation global financial data standard.  FIBO can be used to support macro-prudential and institutional risk management, regulatory compliance and reporting, risk analytics, as well as serve as a foundational set of semantic building blocks for enterprise data models and taxonomies.  It therefore provides a solid basis for strategic fulfillment of BCBS-239.  David is also responsible for the working group that is developing executable reference ontologies that demonstrate FIBO’s many advanced capabilities.  In addition, David is starting an initiative to position elements of FIBO to be available for semantic markup of financial content for internet sites through a collaboration with Google, Yahoo and Microsoft.  David is a frequent speaker at industry conferences on semantic technology as well as at regulatory and academic conferences on systemic financial risk.  At Wells Fargo, David focuses on emerging technologies and innovation initiatives and leads the Wells Fargo Semantic Technology Community of Interest.

Jared is responsible for development and oversight of Twitter’s global strategic data partnerships within the finance vertical of Twitter. He is is responsible for ensuring that the value of Twitter's data is realized across the entire ecosystem of financial partners and customers. Jared manages the financial data ecosystem as part of the Gnip team, the world's largest and most trusted provider of social data, which was acquired by Twitter in 2014. Gnip serves Twitter data to more than 95% of the Fortune 500 and works with hundreds of customers over more than 40 countries.

Jared is a Chartered Financial Analyst, who prior to Twitter, was a Vice President at FactSet, where he served as a founding member of the Strategic Partnerships and Alliances team. Previously, Jared worked on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange for Perdiue Securities, and is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Tim Regan

Tim joined Pandora in early 2011 just as the company was transitioning to becoming a public company. Tim currently oversees the Accounting function which includes revenue recognition, SEC reporting, royalty accounting, finance operations, general accounting and transactional accounting. Since joining Pandora, Tim has focused on ensuring the accuracy of the company’s financial statements, enhancing its financial control environment and implementing scalable processes and systems to support the rapid growth of the business.

Prior to joining Pandora, Tim was the Assistant Controller for Dolby Laboratories, and before this he worked for Ernst & Young, LLP.  Tim is a certified public accountant and holds a degree in Accounting from Georgetown University.  He also received an MBA from the Haas School of Business at Berkeley. Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and young kids, playing basketball and golf, traveling and volunteering. Salesky was formerly head of Schwab’s branch network.  Prior roles included launching Schwab’s retail franchise business, leading Schwab’s online and mobile efforts, creating Schwab’s first fee-based advice offer, and developing the first revenue-sharing referral model for affiliated fee-based advisors. 

Prior to joining Schwab in 1995, Salesky was a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co., Inc.  Salesky earned a BS/MS in Industrial Engineering at Stanford University and an MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Gopal Subramanian is Senior Vice President of Data Engineering for Fidelity Investments Management Technology group, a unit of Fidelity Investments, a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing and other financial products and services to more than 20 million individuals, institutions, and financial intermediaries.  Mr. Subramanian has been in his current position since 2008 and is responsible for managing data for Asset Management.

Previously with Fidelity, Mr. Subramanian was Vice President, Data Engineering & BI with Fixed Income Division.  In his role, he led a team of professionals responsible for delivering projects in the areas of Trading, Portfolio, Research and Quant. He joined Fidelity in 1999 as a Director in the Marketing Division primarily responsible to implement Marketing Data Warehouse and CRM.

Prior to his 15-year tenure with Fidelity, Mr. Subramanian worked for numerous technology start-up firms leading their data mining and predictive modeling efforts.  In, 1990 Mr. Subramanian joined a start-up firm in Singapore to develop generic software for Insurance industry to support the needs of South East Asia. Mr. Subramanian began his technology career in 1988 with Tata Unisys in India. 

In his free time, Mr. Subramanian mentors and teaches entrepreneurship to high school students.  He is also a board member and charter member of TiE, (The Indus Entrepreneurs) group that is the largest not-for profit organization, which promotes entrepreneurship, and is a member of the committee responsible for reviewing business cases and selecting businesses for investments by venture capitalists.

Mr. Subramanian often speaks at various industry conferences.  He received his MBA from Boston University.

Ed has more than 30 years of finance experience in the commercial, international, correspondent, mortgage and retail lending, as well as 15 years as Chief Financial Officer of two Fortune 100 Commercial Bank divisions.

Prior to joining the Situs team, Mr. Robertson created the Commercial Loan Services Division at Clayton, where he developed and managed many large engagements with the FDIC, Barclays Bank, Sovereign Bank, Union Bank and Columbia Bank. In 2007, Mr. Robertson joined Cerberus Capital Management as Chief Financial Officer of the operating company, Aegis Mortgage, an Alt-A Residential Mortgage lender. Prior to that, Mr. Robertson spent six years as Chief Financial Officer of the Commercial Group at Washington Mutual and led the Washington Mutual Special Servicing Group with over 450 employees and seven years as the Chief Financial Officer of Barclays Capital, Latin America.

Mr. Robertson is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and received his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, and BS in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
